I have a great story about Egg Drop soup! When I was a kid my dad would always stop at this Chinese Egg Roll House near our home and pick up some hot egg drop soup for me with the crunchy fried noodles. Some of my best memories of my childhood involved food! Isn't that funny how food can be translated into love! So when I read that this was actually a low carb food I couldn't wait to try to make it at home! It was so easy that I was shocked. Now, if you are concerned about your sodium intake you can always omit the extra salt and use low sodium broth in exchange for the bullion cubes.
