Hey y'all! My name is Denise and I'm a homeschooling, Jesus loving, wife, mom, health coach, and general all around creative gal. I am on a mission to help others learn to eat and live a healthier lifestyle through changing their habits of health. Growing up my focus was never on health. I was skinny and I never worried about the size clothing I was wearing. But one day that all changed! The day I had my twins!!! All of the baby weight never went away, so I had to do something about that! I started a weight loss program that changed my relationship with food and I want to help you do the same!
