Koren Egg Drop Soup
I have a great story about Egg Drop soup! When I was a kid my dad would always stop at this Chinese Egg Roll House near our home and pick up some hot egg drop soup for me with the crunchy fried noodles. Some of my best memories of my childhood involved food! Isn't that funny how food can be translated into love! So when I read that this was actually a low carb food I couldn't wait to try to make it at home! It was so easy that I was shocked. Now, if you are concerned about your sodium intake you can always omit the extra salt and use low sodium broth in exchange for the bullion cubes.

Low Carb Food Review: Level Bars
Today I wanted to do a low carb food review for you. This is the first of many reviews that I will be doing. You can purchase these products via my online store link from Amazon.
This products is called the Level Life food Bar. Their protein bars and shakes are a tool that can be used to manage weight loss and regulate blood sugar levels for those on diabetes. I tried three of the bars and I can say that even though they have a little after taste, for the price of between $5-$11 dollars a box this is definitely a product I would purchase again! Matter of fact, I have three boxes in my kitchen right now! My favorite bar is the caramel bar. It is filled with ooooey gooey caramel and for 140 calories , to be able to eat chocolate and caramel, is a hit in my book!!! If I had to give this a rating I would give it a 4/5 stars because of the price and the flavor!

DIY Sugar Free Lemon Pepper Seasoing
Hey ya'll! Baby its cold outside! We just got about 7 inches of snow in our area! Can you believe it? Snow in March! Well that's Texas for ya!!! And next week, it will be in the 70's!
Now, lets talk about seasonings! Have you noticed that everything has sugar in it? Even food seasonings!!! Have you looked at the back of your favorite lemon pepper seasoning lately? You might be surprised to know that among the list of ingredients is sugar, mono-sodium glutamate, lemon powder, and calcium sterate. I'm not sure what some of these ingredients are, but I am sure we could do without them in our food! So I tried this recipe down below. I would like you to know that I worked extremely hard on this video! It may be short and sweet, but it
took two days to complete!!!

No Pasta Zucchini Lasagna
